Words on Wednesday

Our guests author for the month of June are Ina Claire Gabler and Judy Marano.

Ina Claire Gabler has published stories for adolescents in Scholastic Scope magazine, Scope English Anthology Level Two, and Young Miss magazine. Her Young Adult novel, Laura Who?, was longlisted in a UK annual writing competition. Gabler’s stories for adults have appeared in US and UK literary journals and was a finalist in several international story competitions. Woodstock radio interviewed her on The Roundtable where she read her flash fiction, “Cold Remains,” on the air. The author taught writing at

the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, where she earned her Ph.D. Her thesis researched methods of teaching writing.

Judy Marano lives in the quaint town of Brewster, New York, with her husband, two dogs, and two cats. She is the mom of twin boys and their wives, and a beautiful granddaughter, all of whom are exceptional human…
