Dreams: Postcards from the Soul Workshop

Our dreams speak in the language of metaphor, memory, and mystery. In this intimate, hands-on workshop, we’ll treat dreams as poetic messages—postcards from the soul—offering glimpses into our inner world. Through guided exercises, reflection, and creative expression, participants will mine the rich imagery of their dreams to uncover hidden emotions, symbols, and personal insights.   We will practice deep listening to the self.

What to Expect:

• Dream Gathering: Learn gentle, non-linear ways to recall and record dreams, even if you rarely remember them.  Explore ways to look and listen deeply.

• Symbol Mapping: Use visual tools and guided prompts to identify recurring symbols, characters, and landscapes in your dream life and intuition,.

• Creative Practice: Through drawing and writing, we’ll translate dream fragments into expressive works of art—no experience required.
