Gallery 40 and 1915 Wine Cellar present: Degustazione Roma! a culinary dive into Italian regional food. The inaugural entree will be the renowned “cacio e pepe" , a pasta dish typical of the Lazio region of Italy. Cacio e pepe means 'cheese and pepper' in several central Italian dialects. Not to forget a refreshing start with spritz and warm fresh baked focaccia. And the grand finale will be affogato! Made with espresso from Mercat Cafe and gelato from Artigiani del Gelato.
